Priority Solutions LTD is the data controller for the personal data you give us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Collection and delivery addresses, and the sender and receiver details.
- Item details such as contents, sizes, weights, values and customs information.
- Photos you upload of your items.
- Payment status and payment references. Your card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Messages you send us, and basic technical data such as a scrambled (hashed) IP address used to prevent spam.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To give you quotes, arrange and track your delivery and take payment: to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request before a contract.
- To meet legal duties such as customs and accounting records: legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and spam, and to improve our service: our legitimate interests.
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
- Our carrier partners, who need it to collect and deliver your items.
- Stripe, which processes card payments.
- Resend, which sends our emails.
- Our website hosting and database provider, which stores the data securely.
- Customs and other authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers, and carriers for international deliveries, process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become orders are kept for 3 months. Order and payment records are kept for 6 years to meet accounting and legal duties. Photos of your items are kept for 6 months after delivery. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy to move elsewhere. Email support@prioritysolutionsltd.com. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
